Cancellation Policy: Tickets sales are non-refundable. Arbor Crest intends that all concerts will proceed regardless of the weather. In the event of inclement weather, the performance will be relocated to Arbor Crest's 5000 sq. ft. Vineyard Tent. Arbor Crest reserves the right to cancel the concert if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the weather conditions will present a safety threat. Such cancellations are considered a force majeure. Arbor Crest will provide as much advance notice as possible via our website and social media platforms. In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be transferred to another concert of the guest’s choice.
